Brittni Johnson, director of Tipton County Prevent Child Abuse, explained the pinwheel project to a group from the Boys and Girls Club on April 1. She pointed out all the “adult helpers” in attendance (police, EMTs, firemen, social workers, Boys and Girls Club workers,) who strive to keep children safe from child abuse.
