Tipton American Legion was represented this past Saturday at Needler’s Market by Nikki Dowden. Dowden was handing out poppies, taking donations for poppies and given a bit of history about the upcoming National Poppy Day on May 24. The American Legion will be at Needler’s again on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
