Love Fullls the Law

Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fullled the law. The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulllment of the law.

City traffic study unveiled

Several residents attended the unveiling of the city’s Traffic Study, produced by the contractor, HWC. The company was assessing whether or not four stop lights in downtown Tipton were needed or if they could be replaced by stop signs.

Mourning the loss of Greg Wagoner

It is with my deepest sympathy and sorrow that I share with you the loss of our Golf Course Department employee Greg Wagoner. On Monday, April 10, a tragic accident occurred on the course and Greg was Life-Lined to an Indianapolis hospital for medical treatment.

Tri-Central sweeps Elwood in baseball doubleheader

ELWOOD -Tri-Central’s varsity baseball team got its season off to a strong start here Saturday, sweeping Elwood in a doubleheader, 10-8 and 13-2. “I thought our pitchers did a great job all day of throwing strikes and limiting walks,” Tri-Central coach Shane Arnold said.
