1951-2023 Kenton E. “Ken” Badger, age 72 and a lifelong resident of Elwood, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Ascension-St.

Mary Margaret Green, age 78, of Tipton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, with her loving son by her side. She was born on December 22, 1944, in Nashville, Tennessee to Carl & Clara. Mary married the love of her life, Dirwood Green in 1964, he preceded her. Mary was a homemaker for most of her life and enjoyed taking care of her family. She enjoyed putting puzzles together, her favorites were the Thomas Kinkade puzzles. She was also very crafty and liked to do a variety of arts and crafts. Mary was easy-going and just enjoyed being in the comfort of her own home. Those left to carry on Mary’s legacy of love are her son, James Green and stepdaughter, Carol (Gary) Harmon. Mary was welcomed into Heaven by her parents, Carl & Clara; husband, Dirwood “Woody” Green; and two infant twins, Jack & Jackie Green. A funeral service celebrating Mary’s life will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Taylor & Cowan Funeral Home, located at 314 N. Main St. In Tipton. Visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place immediately following the service in Tipton’s Fairview Cemetery. Taylor & Cowan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Green family in their time of need. Mary Frances Coffman, age 89, of Elwood, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, at her residence following an extended illness. She was born in Anderson on April 3, 1934, to the late Wilbur and Grace (Carpenter) Austin.

ELWOOD – Rosemary Frye, age 96, of Elwood, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Westminster Village in Muncie after a long full life. She was born March 20, 1927, in Madison County, the daughter of Edwin and Rose (Williams) Seibold.
