TES students Harley Huff and Addy Pearce named as finalists in Statewide Essay Contest

Tipton Elementary School’s Harley Huff and Addy Pearce’s essays made the first cut of judging of the annual Indiana Statehood Day Essay Contest. Huff and Pearce are pictured with their fourth-grade teacher, Shari Cottingham, who encouraged all her students to submit essays for the contest. This is the second year in a row that students in Mrs. Cottingham’s class have made it to the first round of judging in this annual, statewide contest.
