The National Eucharistic Revival is taking place in Indianapolis this week. Local communities have gathered tinder in response to God’s invitation for renewal, calling on the Holy Spirit to bring the flame.
In keeping with this vision, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage went from city to city, ending up at Lucas Oil Stadium. There were four routes for the Pilgrimage, the Pilgrimage accompanying Jesus from city to city, lighting hearts on fire along the way.
The Pilgrimage traveled for 60 days, had 1,000 hosts, travel for 6,000 miles with more than 100,000 participants. One of these routes came to Tipton, stopping at the Saint Joseph Retreat & Conference Center. All these flames will blaze together at the National Eucharistic Congress that is now taking place.
The First National Eucharistic Congress in 83 Years, this is a pivotal moment in both American history and the legacy of the Catholic Church.
