The Tipton FFA was awarded a Living to Serve Grant through the National FFA Organization to help provide meat and produce to the local Good Shepherd Food Pantry. Through a partnership with local FFA members and entrepreneurs, Cloud Girls’ Meats, Tipton FFA was able to make another donation of needed meat - 83 pounds of ground beef. The Tipton FFA and Agriculture Department has been able to also donate over 300 gallon size bags of greens from the tower gardens and NFT system and over 600 pounds of ground meat to the local food pantry. Tipton FFA members and owners of Cloud Girls’ Meats, Lilly and Claire Cloud, present the beef donation to Deb Kuhn at Good Shepherd Food Pantry.
