CICERO – Don Roark, 67 of Cicero, died March 2, 2023, at his residence.

He was born in Pineville, Ken., on July 6, 1955, to Earl and Pauline (Wilson) Roark.

Don was a chef and he cooked at several different restaurants over time.

He had lived in the Central Indiana towns of Indianapolis, Cicero, Arcadia, Atlanta and Tipton.

Don was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan, enjoying his Sunday afternoon watching the game. He also traveled to the casino in his spare time to try his luck.

Music was a past time that interested Don. He enjoyed listening to the new and old songs alike.

Survivors include his children, Veronica Immel and spouse Don Cutshaw, Donald Hart, Jamie Fulk and Rachel Hartley.

Don has eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and was very close to his surviving brother, Jim Roark.

Don was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Addison Hart; and siblings Brenda Roark and Roy Roark.

A memorial service will be on Thursday, March 23, at 7 p.m. at Young-Nichols Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jody Brown presiding. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until service time on that Thursday.

Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Fishers on Friday, March 24, at 11:30 a.m.

Memorial donations may be made through the funeral home to assist the family with a monument purchase.
