Regina, or Gina to those who were close, was born Oct. 12, 1958, in Indianapolis to Charlotte (Wilson) and William (Bill) Clark.
She graduated from Anderson High School with the Class of ’77.
Gina was a friend to anyone. She always had an ear to lend, advice to offer and was great at holding a conversation. She helped people whenever she could and very much enjoyed making friends in the community as a customer service representative. Later, she took care of many people at the end of their lives as a caretaker.
Gina loved her family, her son and granddaughters were her pride and joy. She always had a pet. She loved many cats and dogs through the years, most recently, Ziggy and Gigi who comforted her with kitty snuggles.
Gina was really good at drawing and painting and was a skilled seamstress. She enjoyed designing and creating outfits for her granddaughters, but a favorite memory of Derrick’s is how she would make outfits for his toys, changing something plain into something special for him. Gina always tried to make the mundane magical and special, from how she wrapped presents to how she served lunch. She will be missed.
Surviving Gina are her father, William Clark (Peggy); her son, Derrick Wolfe (Annabel); granddaughters, Embyr and Wrylee; brother and sisters, William Clark, Laurietha Clark and Amanda Krug; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death are her mother, Charlotte Wilson; a sister; Vanessa Hummel; and her husband, Tracy Young.
A Celebration in Honor of Regina’s Life will take place on Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Tipton American Legion Post 46, located at 129 N. Independence St., in Tipton, from 3 to 7 p.m.
